Think you're looking for a 12A1275. Similar were fitted in metal to Marinas.

Yup that's the one but I've been told they won't fit on a hydro car, so head scratching time me thinks

This is mine converted to dry but still with a hydro subframe. The filter housing clearance is fairly tight to the scuttle when removing and refitting, but other than that I have no issues.
It has the Minispares alloy inlet manifold.
Cheers, Paul.

Do you know why it will not fit to a hydro car? Maybe the hoses but I reckon they’d be enough clearance.

Thanks for the picture I really appreciate it, as the saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words, I just might be able to make it work.

It was me that told Shooter that there may be a clearance problem between the filter housing and the clutch pipe, from the master cylinder to the bulkhead fitting.
I know that others have achieved this with a metal pipe but I have used a flexible hose to make it fit.

@shooter is this what you’re after, as I have this one, which I could sell
I've sort of back burnered the idea due to having to modify the clutch line, I was hoping to build a total sleeper looking engine bay, but send me the price if you want, I've already got a shed full of " might use that one day" so a bit more won't hurt.
On a different subject I've just noticed your car is a Super deluxe, they are about as rare as a genuine 970S, nice find

Looking at TDS's picture - spinning the master cylinder probably gives the clearance needed and will still look fairly standard (or at least intentional).

Master cylinder and clutch line to housing clearance.
Cheers, Paul.
