It is a grill made by Benelite.

or let’s say Benelite made grills that looked just like that amongst  others that they made.

what is the question?

I thought they only looked like examples below? Obviously I like the grill but don’t want to pay Benelite prices for a grill that isn’t? Equally if it was a Benelite I might pay the Benelite price tag. I just want to see the complete perspective.

Also I googled a lot and cannot find another grill that looks like that?

It doesn't look like the usual Benelite grille. They were a specially made alloy extrusion, which were then cut to shape

Just thinking on here. It could be one of Nippy cars rebuilds.

These are the nippy cars reproductions. Just like all the other originals I've seen - no rings around spotlamp cutouts, curved profile slats rather than flat etc

And an original brochure:

The originals were made out of two solid chunks of alloy, and the slots were opened up to allow airflow. The nippy cars ones have only been available for a few years and are were made to look as close as possible from the front, but are obviously quite different to an original.

I'd say the one linked above is a more modern one like the minispares or minisport one

Interestingly I bought a grill very similar for my 1969 mini back in 1971. Were Benelite making them then? I fixed a third spot light but some sod wrenched it off. Sold the car in 1974 for a new 1300E MkI Ford Escort, bad move as I rolled it with 6 months !
