First photo: brown is permanent live, white is ignition live, black is earth. So is could be the relay is intended to turn something on when the ignition is on - where does the red wire go? Terminals 85 & 86 would be either white or black, 30 brown, 87 whatever is being switched on.
Second photo: Twin red/black is side lights, the missing wire to the sidelight may be solid red or another colour. The single bullet could be the indicator, if the colours are green/red??? No idea on the half a fuse holder.

Woah, that loom has had some "adjustments" made to it I think.
Those black wires would normally be earth/chassis ground wires.
Is that a glass fuse with wires wrapped / soldered onto it? pretty sure that's not factory.
Looks like a connector where the wire is missing too.
Since the wires seem to change colour too in some cases it makes things challenging to guess what they were for.
I'd be getting my multi-meter out and tracing some of these back.
