Welcome Ted,

If you're buying a Mini in instalments (literally) you might find our TMF+ discounts useful.

If it's that bad it could be useful to make a jig to hold the number plates. It'll help in aligning all the new panels between them.  :P

Not over the hill Ted, I'm 74 and fighting a mk1 that doesn't want to be restored. There's some on here older than me.

I'm a few months behind you and have just finished (hopefully) a four year resto of my Morris Minor Traveller - who happens to be named Ted :proud:

Before that it was the Mini, next is my Commer camper. It truly never ends :shy:

Welcome to TMF Ted, I think there are a few of us oldies on here, me included , in my 73 year and the two mini's I've got  keep me busy summer and winter, I can't get enough of them , good luck with the restoration, defiantly worth the subs for the discount at Mini Spares  :D
