The cheapest, and best way to make any car "corner flatter", is to drive more slowly, Lol.

Bin the rear anti roll bar and start again with your suspension settings.
once you have got those right then look at fitting and setting up some ARBs but remember they only take away what you have gained in the set up and are only there for tuning the way the car drives.
harder rubbers would be a better thing to look at if you want less roll.

My experience has been that anti-roll bars on a Mini do not improve performance except for rear ones on race cars which promote oversteer, even under some braking and thus enable the power to be applied early in the corner to 'keep the front in front' and exit the corner faster. On the public roads, or even on a rally special stage, they don't work as once in the corner, any need to lift off will cause a spin.
Adding an anti-roll bar to the front will just premote understeer and fitting them to meach end is ather counter-productive as harder rubber cones will be better, easier and more effective.
The body roll with the Mini has always been minimal compared to other small cars and fitting cones with harder rubber preserves the 'rising rate' effect of the springs whilst reducing the body roll a bit. Whatever you do, don't fit coil springs as they are a disaster except for pure racing on totally smooth tracks.
