Are they original company form the 1960's and the eBay seller - https://www.ebay.co....tm/271704834962 - related in anyway or is it a copyright infringement?

I would suspect neither related nor copyright infringement.  More likely that current W&P have bought the name and rights.

The original company (or at least whoever currently legally owns the name) was trading until relatively recently from Leatherhead, and selling on eBay under that account name, I have bought stuff from them a few times over the years. But I believe they have left their premises and either got sold or moved to Birmingham, someone may know?

They are now based in Birmingham. The name has changed hands numerous times and they just sell mini parts that every one sells. I found it a bit galling after purchasing a W&P mini that they no longer sell parts related to a W&P mini. One of the purchasers of the company has even managed to lose all the ledgers related to their conversions. I’ve found the parts they do sell are generally pretty good quality at a reasonable price.

I think they may have bought up old stock or have old employees there then. I mailed them a while ago to ask if they had any of the deeper headlamp rims used on old coachbuilts left in stock, and they found two. Instead of selling them to me, I was invited to buy them via the new eBay listing: https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/1328784364

 

The price however... Perhaps worth it to someone with a legit W&P
