Does the flange on the hinge pillar taper off at the bottom like it does at the top?
Im having to rebuild both flanges and dont know if they are straight or flared out like the top.

this should get you close, traced from a heritage panel

 

horizontal marks are 10mm intervals, numbers are distance from straight edge

 

it's not absolutely perfect obviously you might want to add a mm to each and allow yourself the option of filing down later

 

this would be the off side, i.e front of the car to the right

just to clarify that straight line is arbitrary just as a reference point, it is not the distance to the A post

 

this is just so you can plot out the full curve, use that to attach at the top, line up with what you've got and that will show you where the bottom should be
