Hi all. I have a 1969 Adams Probe 16 which shares quite a few parts with the MINIs. I currently have 12" wheels in the front with 175-12 Goodyear "Rally Special" tyres on them. As you might imagine, no one makes anything close to this that I can find. Translating into something more modern, it would be 195/60/12 or so, based upon the dimensions:
Width: 195mm (7.6")
Diameter: 546mm (21.5")
Side wall height: 95mm (3.75")
Rims: 12" J.A. Pearce, about 6.5" or 7" wide (tough to tell exactly with the tire still installed)
The best option I have "found" so far is a 175/70-12 tyre that may or may not be available (I will check tomorrow).
I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas?
