I've been looking on MiniSpares and Somerfield's to find the correct number, size and length of diff studs to replace the bolts the gearbox came with.

 

Is the following correct:

 

 

2x 22G1834 STUD-DIFF HOUSING TO GEARBOX CASING-LONG

 

3x CHS522 STUD 5/16" UNF/UNC x 2-3/4" ROCKER POST SHORT/DIFF HOUSING SHORT

 

2x CHS2620 STUD 3/8 UNF/UNC x 2 1/2"

To be honest, I've never looked.

 

If I was to make some, I'd likely start from a Grade 5 UNF Bolt of the right length, cut the head off and cut the UNC thread.

Have you tried Somerfords ? That's where I bought quite a few a while back.
