Hi, please how long studs to use with minifins drums and Rose Petals wheels and their spacers?

Thank you very much for your advice.

21A1278. Just fitted Rosepetals to built in spacer drums. No thin spacer needed on hydrolastic. Spacer needed on 7.5" Discs to clear edge of caliper and bleed nipple. Make sure you have the correct length tube nuts. I bought JBW Rosepetals and they came with both lengths but not sure about other suppliers.

What is the minimum thread length for wheel nuts?

If I put wider drums with 1" build in spacer, I'm worried about a short thread.

Now I have 55mm wheel studs and Cooper drums with 1/4 built in spacer and rose petals spacers.

I need a wider drums because the wheels are rubbing on the shocks (Protech)

I have the wider spacered drums (1") on the rear. Try adding the supplied Rosepetal spacer to the rear. of yours. You have the same studs as me.

I tried it.

The photo is with supplied Rosepetal spacer. Still not enough space between the wheel and the shock

Either change your drums to the wider ones or fit thicker spacers.

thread engagement of 1 to 1.5 times the diameter of the bolt seems to be the general guidance for steel fasteners.
