That's what the numbers refer to 20 cold, 50 hot. Both are towards the thicker (more viscous) end of the scale.

So it isn't thinner than, say, 15w40 - or it shouldn't be. Are you making a comparison under identical conditions, it doesn't just appear thinner because it's hotter?

Is that lower surface tension or higher "cling" rather than thinner viscosity though? - I do see it looks less "globby"

Zink is indeed the most important ingrediënt for Mini engines.

What oil you use.. is up to you.
