Hi,

I'm having an issue resetting my password on my old account!
What doesn't help is that I've also forgotten my username. I have tried to reset using my email ([email protected]) but have still not received a reset email..... HELP?!

The problem you have here is your email address. For whatever reason we have issues with Hotmail accounts. I will see if i can delve into the system to see what i can do.
