Any takers?

To be honest, you'd do much better splitting this into parts and selling separately as much as it might sound like a pain, you'll probably find people will be much more willing to buy various bits rather than dropping 17k on all of the above. Its also important to note most people won't pay full retail for items even if you have had them wrapped up in their original boxes although some bits you will be able to other bits you won't.

I'd be interested in a few bits if you do decide to sell separately, just my opinion but probably why you haven't had any takers as that a big price tag you've put on all those items

hope thats helpful/gives you something to think about

Thanks for the response.

If you add all the full retail paid (excluding delivery costs, which when you consider the number of separate orders to collate the number of parts here isn’t an insignificant amount), it comes to just over £20k. So not expecting to get back what has been paid.

No interest in holding a jumble sale so looking to sell as a complete lot only.

Thanks

I'm not sure you quite get my meaning and certainly don't mean by any means holding a jumble sale for your parts. You'll certainly not have an issue selling any of those parts if you sell them separately rather than all together.

You could do with some more photos to show some detail of the parts available.

Stunning selection.

You'll have far greater success splitting it though.

As above you really need to split this and sell individual parts, I can't see anyone spending 17K on mini parts in one go unless they have exactly the same vision for a car that you did which is unlikely.

Also just to mention that in my experience new but effectivly secondhand parts tend to go for around 50-60% of their original value unless they are now hard to get hold of or no longer made and desirable.

Generally people either want it at a good price or they might as well just go any buy it from the original supplier with a warranty when they need it, things like tyres as well only have a limited life whether used or not so people won't pay new or nearly price for tyres that are two years old for example.

I'm afraid expecting to get back most of what you paid is probably unlikely, the old adage if you want to make a small fortune from classic cars then start with a large fortune is sadly true.

Good luck with the sale.

I can see at least 3 different Items on that list that I'd like to buy, as no doubt others can too. If you're in no rush, splitting this is going to be the only way to sell it. Or maybe via an auction hose?
