Hi, I'm having trouble with my headlights. Both work on full beam but not dipped. Only goes to side lights, I've changed the dim dip relay and the taken the switch out on the dash board and given it a nice clean, all the wires on the front of the mini have been cleaned, I'm a bit lost now. My mechanic has mentioned that the bulb has 2 fragments in the bulb which could be the problem, Thank you to anyone that can help, Many Thanks, Ollie

Have you checked for voltage at the connector?

When you say full beam works, do you mean with rocker switch fully on & the stalk pushed forward? If you're just holding it towards you that's the flasher & isn't supplied via the rocker switch. - just trying to eliminate to obvious first.

The dim/dip relay shouldn't affect the actual dip beam, with the lights fully on & the stalk in the middle position. If you have proper full beam I'd suspect the bullet connector (blue/red stripe) behind the grille or the stalk itself.
