Hi ,

when I got the 1989 River Mini it was down a little on on3 side.

I changed all the Cones and Shocks and fitted Hi-Lo all around.

The front is now ok I was able to adjust the Hi-Low

However the rear drivers side is a different story which is down by 1cm.

I screwed out the hi-lo what I thought was enough…put the wheel on and drove around the block

measured it again and it’s the same.

Did the process again screwed out some more…..still the same.

The hi-low must be near the end of the thread but still the same.

am I missing something…..

The subframe is new also camber brackets are fitted.

I can understand how the front raises the ride height but I can’t quite understand how the rear lateral hi-low adjustment raises or lowers the car

i would appreciate some help here. Thank you

It’s the front you need to look at. They may look level but they will be exerting very different forces on the ground and as the body is so stiff and the rear so light you see the issue on the rear but it is at the front.

have you replaced the nylon seats for the knuckle in the raduis arm and front upper suspension arm? these wear through also after renewing them take a week or so to settle
