[miniGTS]

I've been digging through my crates of parts and found twin carb bodies AUC870 and AUC871. The AUC870 (I have 2) bodies seems to be missing a part of it, see the attached picture, can that be repaired somehow?

I also have a carb body AUC82 as in the pic attached, is there a reason I can't use that one instead as it's the same side as the AUC870

On a twin setup you don’t use that anyway.

Well let’s put it this way. All the twin setups I have seen hold the cable outer and the inner connects to the operating rods not the carb bodies.

They're used for the choke cable. You only need to have one on one carb body.

Will it possibly work if I cut and adapt this to work for the throttle and choke cables? The other side of the carb doesn't have a choke cable top either.

Not for twin carb setup.
Choke cable goes to one carb, throttle cable attaches to linkage between the two carbs. This is HS4, but HS2 is the same.

Thank you for the pic. I'll have to make a plan then for the choke cable. The hole is there on one carb body but no cable stopper in the hole. Should be fairly easy to fit one.

Sorted thanks. I think I have the choke stopper fitted in the correct side based on pics of the twin hs2 carbs that I've seen.

Is the float bowl on the hs4 and hs2 the same?

They're very similar but I don't know if they're exactly the same/interchangeable.
