Try Asking on a MINI forum.
when I lived in proper cold places you could get some spray for the rubber seals. No idea about your windows.

A very light smear of Vaseline on the door rubbers stops the doors and windows freezing shut on any car. Also allows the door window on my early MINI to drop on opening and closing the door rather than sticking to the rubber seal when frosty as you describe.

Given today's rubber is not as good as the original bet that deteriorates even faster!

I use a product called Gummi-Pflege on the door seals. It dries but still acts as a barrier to the frost. Used it on at least four frameless door cars now (we own two!)
This is also available directly from the BMW parts department.

Krytox not vaseline, its designed to make the rubber supple, we use it at work on seals, rubbers.
