Hello. Need some expert clarification please.
Nearly at an end of restoring of my mk1 (the one on my signature - taken far too long!!)

I have a set of mk1 opening quarterlights with the piano hinge, but have just realised these are not right for the car. It would have originally had a set with two hinge points (and is drilled this).

Before I go a one look on eBay for a temporary measure, can anyone confirm if the sizes are the same or changed across the years?
I know the rear screen got bigger on later models and I do t want to throw money away on a useless set of rear windows.

Thanks all

Looking for answers for this too. Will rear quarter windows fit all across different minis?? I have a 76 and hoping to replace the fixed with piano hinged windows from an innocenti mini

No. There are two different sizes. The easy way to work out which type you need is to look just below the roof gutter. The early type has over 1cm (maybe 2cm?) between the gutter and the window opening. The later type has less than 1cm, just a small step.

I can't confirm what each country did in each year but from what I know a piano hinged type is the "early" type and you will likely need the later type.
