I've always used this site for most paint code needs: http://mini-colours.co.uk/
Alternatively you can use the paint database for classics from Glasurit: https://coloronline..../html/index.php Not all colours are in there though, but codes are proper and can be used to get paint mixed up by them. Have used them for years and many cars.

OEW is WT.3
Tweed Grey is GR.4
Taken from mk1 workshop manual.
Paint suppliers should recognise these on one of their databases.

WT3 - 1960’s, very creamy
NDB - 1970’s, less creamy
NNX - 1990’s, less creamy still
Search Google images for all 3 shades, with Tweed Grey my comment would be that WT3 is possibly too creamy.
