Hi everybody, I have a question. I am rebuilding my uncle’s Mini 1100 and I need a new exhaust. The old one is broken… Can i put a bigger exhaust on it? The old one is a 1.57 Inch. I can make myself a new custom stainless steel exhaust at work but the smallest pipes we have are 1.73 inch. Is this difference in size too big for an old mini or is it possible for me to make it?

Go for it.
A 1.75" exhaust will be fine for an 1100. It might even make it go a tiny bit better.
