Sorry to have to ask a dumb beginner's question, but I've maxed out my artritic hands trying to find the answer on my own, so:

 

How do I contact admin? I've only found two options so far in all my searching: 1. Go to Facebook. Never, never, never, never gonna happen. A slow, fiery death to the Disciples of Zuckerberg. 2. A link which only seems to allow the use of Microsoft email products. No. Read previous statement.

 

So how can a common citizen, with a gmail or yahoo mail account, contact an admin? Most sites just have a button to hit, but I'm feeling like I'm trying to infiltrate something on this site. Help, please!

You should have a email, top right of the screen.

 

And seeing as someone is being picky i will add, you will see a envelope as nicklouse has alluded to in the header.

If you can't find any other way, when I wrote something naughty about Mandy Rice Davies, Admin contacted Me.

at the bottom of the home page just above the users on line there is a tab that says “the Moderating team” press that and pick a name you see as being active.

I like your thinking! Sort of like Andy Capp singing out loudly in the street in the middle of the night so someone will shout at him the time, in lieu of a watch. However, as mentioned above, I see I have an email from admin, so I will forego desparaging remarks about public figures, but thanks for the tip.

 I did go to "The Moderating Team", went down the list of names, but nothing was clickable for me, which is part of my issue. I'll put it in the email.

It it is clickable. You just have to pick some one who is active or they may not respond.

 

you maybe just post your question/issue in this section and then they can contact/reply to you.

Late to the party (as always),,,,  Not sure if this has been resolved ?

If you are using a PC, find a Admin Member, like Sonikk4 or Spider, hover the cursor over their name and a pop up box will appear;-

 

Then just select 'Send Message' and off you go.

I don't think it works like that off a phone.

I have to say, our members who do surf the forum from their phones, I feel are missing so much of what the forum has to offer.

if you scroll right to the bottom and click 'see full site' you see the proper set up

 

you do have to zoom in and out a lot but it's still much better
