Some time in the past my 1997 mk7 Mini has had windscreen and top rail panels replaced, the screen glass installed is clear and very second hand and no mirror.  I would like to get installed an original type mk7 MPI screen with the rear view mirror fixing lug, I have seen the screen is available from Mini Spares but I cant find the correct mirror to fix to the screen. Anyone know where I can get hold of the correct mirror.

Based on the part number from Minispares, looks like Southlakeminis have some for sale on ebay:

You can fix an earlier mirror, from factory the holes are there under the headliner.

Looks like you still need have the mount to fasten to the mirror. The bit with the swivelling ball.

Armed with all this information I have found Rover 100 and 200 mirrors that look to be just what I need.
