sounds like a few panels and some welding required there then, good luck, once you get stuck in you'll find actually they're very simply built
a rotisserie (spit) is handy if there's a lot of work to the underside. or do what I did and roll the empty shell over onto some tyres
also a spot welder is a useful bit of kit especially seeing as most of the seams are on the outside and really easy to get at

front end, back end, middle, top, bottom, yeah they're all common areas for rust lol
low cost design, saves the customer money in the short term but causes issues in the long term. . still. easy enough to swap bits so not a major drama
