Hi all,

Time for me to move this on. I've not been able work on it for a long time and with the selling of my Dads place I am about to loose my dry storage.

It's been a while since I've been on the scene so really don't have a clue what is a fair price, and I have also successfully procrastinated the year away so it needs to go PDQ.

Details
1979 Mini Clubman Estate in Tahiti Blue with a 998 engine.

Had a major amount of body work done in 2008 by ML Motorsport so should be reasonably solid, paint was done by Palmer Bros iirc which is still in reasonable condition.

Since then it's been stored in a garage, bar a few weeks when I first got it back.

I can't call it a running but it did start last time I tried (admittedly about 5-7 years ago), timing and fuel settings are miles off so didn't run long but it ran.

Comes with genuine Hi-Los and Dunlop cones (front fitted, rear will be supplied).

8.4 brakes fitted with Goodridge hoses, but I should still have front drums as it came should they be wanted.

KAD, iirc anyway, front subframe mounts.

Montney steering wheel

1275GT clocks with rev counter, I think the gear box gears should match but it's been a long time since I did that.

Wheels are a bit of an odd assortment as it was on the "to do list" to get a new set with tyres.

Interior will need to be replaced. I have the door cards but the cheap carpet set it came with is long gone now. Seats are there but not amazing.

I will also be including another A+ 998 with the car and they are welcome to anything I have Mini wise other wise it's going for scrap.

Will need to be trailered away as the tyres are "a bit past it.

Seen a few on eBay for £4000 but that seems very optimistic given the speed of sale needed and "project" status.

Thanks for your help.

Chris.
