Fitted all new suspension in 2012, MiniSpares standard rubber suspension units and AGX shocks all round. Also fitted all new rubbers to everywhere suspension wise. While its not giving me any obvious issues, due to the time lapse is it safe to say the rubber has gone off by now?

Car is rarely used, lives in warm ish garage under cover. It does get used hard when out and about.

Rubber prefers being stored in a cool dry environment. Also, if it's not used much, you can gain a LOT longer life from them by jacking up the car, it doesn't need to go all the way up, but this does work better if the wheels are dangling and the Cones then are just about unloaded.

It's not easy to assess just on time alone, though, as they age, they get firmer.

Having said that, my current Cones in the Moke I fitted in 2016 and have been through hell and high water in that time, they are still OK, but I'll likely change them out in the next couple of years.

I used to do that for the tyres bit got fed up but the suspension was in the same tenure so might have helped. Car still feels great and bounces ok static. Just was going through my service book and noticed the date. Will keep an eye on it.
