Apologies if this is in the wrong place. Looking for a switch for an electric screen wash pump

to look like the original manual pump. I'm sure I've seen one somewhere but can't find it again.

Does anyone know, please?

A brief search on Minispares.com (search term 'windscreen washer') gives the following

Not sure you'll get anything exactly the same as this manual one.

But car builder solutions certainly have some that could do a good job of masquerading as original

Are you talking about a switch that imitates the dash mounted manual pump?

I seem to remember something being available a while ago.

You could use the dash mounted switch from a Morris Minor:

OR

Came across two people who have modified the manual pump to be a switch.

This one seems a bit brutal but effective and a good picture sequence:-

Second is the older style pump but extends the plunger and adds a spring resulting a more original look and I would think more tactile and could be applied to the Mini:-

Use something like this and you could add a modern  wash wipe function. Put it in parallel with the wiper switch.

If you have the body of an old pump it would be a simple matter to retro fit a switch into it.
