How many floor grommets are needed for (total refurb)?
And does the battery box have them?
I’m going to gravitex or similar the underside should I fit grommets first or after?

My battery box didn’t have grommets.

I fitted them after doing the underside (putted tape on the inside on the holes).

my floor had 11 holes, plus 3 in the battery tray plus i think two in the spare wheel well?

 

I welded in all the main floor ones and the boot ones I'll use rubber grommets 

 

I don't know what others might recommend but just for neatness I'd probably do the gravitex first, then clean up a few mm around the edge of each hole, and fit the grommets with some sort of mastic or sealant in the edges because obviously minis love to suck up water
