Hi all,

I've got a b18c4 vtec mini with gaz adjustable shocks and I just don't like them. The adjustment screw are unreliable and they make a squeaking noise if set too soft.

I just want a fit and forget solution.

It's mainly a fast road setup, not gonna be doing many track days apart from the odd trip to the nurburgring every couple of years.

Been looking at KYB Gas-A-Just and the bilstein b6 blue yellow shocks.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the above?

Would bilsteins be a better buy over the kybs?

Thanks,

Abe

I have only used KYBs for decades. They do the job very well.

KYB's are way too soft for fast road use.

Thanks all, I've just pulled the trigger on the bilstein b6, as I think kyb will be a bit too tame for the vtec fast road setup.

Also heard good things about bilstein.

Haven't tried the KYB, but i have b6 on mine, and they are great - real sporty feeling without being harsh.
