Capillary Bulb Placement For Water Temperature

I think I got a bit too excited about buying a dual Smiths gauge for the Mini.

The capillary bulb for the water temperature is far too big for the cylinder head sensor hole.

Are there adapters available to fit them to the Series engine somewhere or do most people just stick with the electrical sender?

Yes you need an adapter.
