Just stripped my first mini engine and noticed that the number 4 cylinder far left hole is not clear/ through to the water jacket...is this normal or blocked?
Thanks

Some are some are not.

not all Mini engines are the same.

a picture of what is concerning you would help.

but at a total guess with the info provided I would say it is totally normal.

but then I have nothing to really comment on.

Are you talking about the drain plug hole on the back of the block?
If so, it should be clear, but they can become blocked with corrosion and silt. Can usually be cleared fairly easily though.
