So it looks like I need to replace my fuel tank due to the amount of rubbish that’s in it!

Has anyone gone for a non-genuine one that’s a few ££ cheaper?
I’m tempted to go Genuine and just pay the extra but thought it was worth an ask on here.

Are the non-genuine tanks any good? Fit for purpose?

Thanks in advance

does it have to be new?  I found a really clean one on ebay for £50.  rust free and even had a new sender unit recently fitted

I've heard of a new one leaking, I'd imagine it would've been a non genuine one.
