Hi

I’m sure this has been asked before but couldn’t see anything. I’ve got an electric webasto sunroof taken from a 97 model, but doesn’t appear to be working. I just wanted to see if anyone had any pointers as to how to check it or an electrical diagram maybe.
12 v battery is good and earth seems fine fyi.

Any tips much appreciated.

Have you taken apart the switch to expose the spade connectors? The switch was mounted onto thr roof and thus water and moisture got in it. Mine played up and cleaned the spades down and it worked. Motor can also be sorted and may need lubricating.

The system is relatively simple although re-skin is more for professionals

Unfortunately cleaned the contacts on the switch but still no joy. However I am getting 12v when the switched is pressed up and down when checking the lead that is going into the motor but nothing is happening - thought there could be some electrical murmurs from the motor but no.

Appreciate any ideas
