I’ve been rebuilding my mpi and I’ve come to install the clutch master and the mounting plate but I can’t figure out where the gaskets need to go. As far as I can tell there should be no fluid coming out between the base of the cylinder and the bulkhead so I’m not even sure why there are gaskets in the first place. I assume it goes bulkhead > mounting plate > gasket > cylinder? Although I do have a bunch of other gaskets around with the same bolt hole positions so could it be bulkhead > gasket > mounting plate > gasket > cylinder? But I may have just bought spares and forgotten

I think there’s a big gasket which goes under the plate. Then there's one gasket for each cylinder.

Nothing to do with the fluid but rain water.

Ahh thanks, I assume the one under the plate is roughly the same shape as the plate rather than 2 individual ones?
