Does anyone have any experience with Sparco GT seats? Would they fit and fold to allow access to the rear seat? I am thinking about them for my 1980 Mini City.

I browsed the entire seats thread and saw no mention of these, but I think they're a little too new a model to have been included. Dimensions and info below. They sound like they may be tight but doable, but I could use some expertise or experience.

Thanks.

They do look very similar to Recaro/Corbeau seats from the past few decades. If you want access to the rear seats it's best if the front seats have a slide and tilt feature. Those Sparco seats don't appear to have a quick tilt forward lever?

Thanks. I assumed they would tilt because they recline ("the seat back can be reclined using the double adjuster lever") but I should check with Sparco to be sure. I believe I'll need to use their slider rails adapter.

Garreth at GSM Performance sent an extremely helpful reply to my inquiry regarding a customer of theirs that used these in a Classic Mini:

Our customer used Cobra frames:

And then created an adaption platform to adjust the bolt location points to the new Sparco points. This would allow them to fit the vehicle nicely as they fit the cockpit space just fine!

Did it come with the bolts needed as well? I have these seats and need brackets.
