Anyone aware if there is a current problem with logging into Minispares. I get an error message with my saved log in info.

I`ve just done mine this morning and everything is okay apart from the crap format it`s now in, okay for mobiles but not for me.

IIRC you need to make @ new account but with your old info first.

I've tried resetting my password and get anything from your old password has expired to your reset link has expired to your captcha does not match etc etc.
Basket won't hold it's contents either.
I'll just hold off till all this is sorted now I think.
Could do with a few bits though 😁

Sometimes it works, sometimes it says captcha error or something. Its not good.

The basket contents are still disappearing after a few hours which is a bit of a pain as I keep adding stuff as I remember them.
What browser/device are you using as I can't replicate the fault?

With the old site the basket remained populated for months or till I cleared it but with the new site it stays populated for a few hours then clears.

I use my phone for everything so latest android/Firefox.

We are going to get someone here to try this, have you tried with an alternate browser?

No I haven't but nothing has changed at my end (that I know of) and everything used to work fine.
I usually check the basket later in the day I add stuff and all seems to be well.
When I check the day after it's all gone.
I'll put something in the basket now and keep checking and if it disappears at 00.01 tomorrow then that should narrow the problem down to a time base issue I would have thought.

Just checked my basket at 11.55pm and it's empty again. So it's not emptying as the calendar clicks over another day, something else 🤔

Make sure that you are signed in.
