Hi
I’ve started restoration of a 1975 mini clubman 998, the mini is white but I need to find what the colour code is?
Any help and advice would be much appreciated

Hi.

 

If you can find the VIN tag (usually riveted to the floor in the boot) it should have a 3 letter paint code. My code once looked up give 2 other 3 letter codes whcih are body colour and roof colour. Mine has the code RCQ which is the code for COF Flame Red body colour and NAL White Diamond 94 -2000 (there is more than 1 colour with different codes White Diamond being 1 of those) The link below gives you most of the codes the first letter is listed alphabetically but the other 2 are not it took me a while to find mine as there are a lot beginning with R and I missed mine a few times. The second link shows the colours as well if you can't find your code.

I don’t think a 75 had paint codes on the car anywhere.

Paint Codes only appeared on the VIN Plate around 1980 on.
