Seems like there are fairly plentiful chrome rear sliding window catches popping up on ebay, but not so many front ones. Maybe rarer because they got more use. And full sets are going for such daft money that you might as well buy new ones.

 

Whatever the reason, I've ended up with five rears and no fronts, from various ebay job-lots. A temporary(?) solution - until I stumble across some affordable fronts at an auto-jumble - is to load the not-even-remotely-1960's-tech 3D printer with some silver filament...

A 8.15mm spacer does the job in combination with the original gasket.
