Good morning,

I have loads of questions. If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated.

I have done a 7.5 inch brake conversion. Do these have shims and retaining springs? My kit included non of these. The 8.4 replaced did? Get no hits on Google.

Is it just pads and split pins?

Can anyone advise of a stage 1 type exhaust manifold, that will fit a SPI automatic?

I’ll start with these. First project.

My conversion kit only had the pads retained in the caliper by the split pins.

Can’t comment on the exhaust.

There was an anti-squeal shim originally fitted to these, the P/N I have is 3628-410.

 

If the pads you have don't squeal, you'll likely be OK without them.
