I don’t know of anywhere that refurbishes them except the above post, and I don’t know how hands on practical you are but I’ve done mine successfully.
The frames are really robust and quite flexible. The screw that locks it is between the hinges don’t lose it!!! I’ve not been able to find one, on a previous post of mine members suggested what it is but they were all too big.
The old seal around the windows goes hard and it can be a challenge to get it out but it comes out and be very careful NOT TO scratch the GLASS.
I was unable to get the correct rivets but managed to find some alternativesIf you have to replace the hinges or locking catch the rivets listed below are 4mm diameter so you’ll have to drill the old rivet holes to 4mm. The domed head on the new rivets is wider than the originals but they don’t overlap the frame and look fine.
I was not able to find a new seal which is just under 1mm thick but a bicycle inner tube I found a perfect fit.
Getting the glass with the seal on into the frame is nothing other than a right pig to get back in but it will go in I found the old faithful KY jelly was the best let’s say grease to get it in (why am I sniggering).
The rivets are sold by Runtrue316 on eBay. I can’t recall which of the rivets is the correct one but it’s one of the 2 I’ve listed.
