Yes, it's down more than up Cloudflare says it's the webhost that has the problem.

This is unofficial but at a guess it may well be to do with the volume of spam and bogus junk we get bombarded with.
We are aware that this issue is occurring and it's being looked in to.

A guessed as much, probably those poxy commies having ago, loads of sites/companies are getting hammered, strangely enough the tax office doesn't seem to be affected:)
