Just found this tucked into the workshop manual I bought on ebay a couple years ago
thought it might be of interest to someone although no doubt there's already copies out there. it's not a brilliant copy or anything but all the info is there
If anyone wants to pm me their postal address I can send it, just lob a few quid in the next charity box you see
