Highly recommended by 'Practical Classics' magazine (June 2025) when used on one of their staff team members supercharged Morris Minor.

'Dodo Bonnet Liner Pro' has been designed and manufactured in the UK to provide excellent acoustic absorption and damping characteristics when installed in a vehicle environment:-

Good point and £80 seems a bit steep!

I fitted that felt backed bonnet insulation 5 years ago and after 3 it looked tatty and started sagging. I saw that dodo stuff and thought I’d give it a go. Removing that baked on industrial contact glue used to fit it was an absolute mare to get off 6 hours and 1.5 litres of acetone later I fitted the new Dodo stuff. Easy to fit and easily cut with a Stanley knife. Looks very tidy and quieter I’ll report back on what it’s like in a year or so!

I've bought this one for the Clubman https://newtoncomm.c...894948a2b&_ss=c

but haven't fitted the bonnet insulation just yet, only the bulkhead soundproofing which is probably the harder of the two to fit.

Could you supply some images of what it looks like in place?

Looks ok.

I think the clubman bonnet is a bit easier to cover being flatter and less sections.
