Hey I'm pretty useless with car and I can't get my mini to fire up anymore. It never used to miss a beat but it's been off the road for a few years now. Are there and local mini mechanics in the Maidstone area that could come have a look? I'm going to do a post in the problems area as well see what I can look at next.
