Hello from Derbyshire, I'm an ex biker (54 years riding) and not had a Mini since 1978 when I bought a new clubman which I enjoyed. 
Recently I bought a Cooper spi which had been mostly stood for nearly 20 years and worked on by a few different owners before me, I've been working on it for a few weeks and its on the road now with just a few things to sort out still. 
I'm still finding my way around this site and will post some piccys later on.

Welcome to the forum,great source of information. Am also a Derbyshire resident so might see you around, am also a biker and take the mini through Matlock bath occasionally
