Front Subframe Twisted ?

Doing up my front subframe out of the car and I'm seeing differences between the left and right. I think it's hit a kerb or something.
Is there any way of measuring and finding out where it's twisted/ bent?

What I'm really after is the top arm measurements, the top arm pickup points. I'm wondering if these have moved
I tried many different way to measure them, in the end, I made a jig, I just couldn't think of any other way.
Perhaps if you could borrow a new subframe and make some comparative checks against that.
While there seems a perception that they are not all that accurate (I guess because they are a fabricated construction) I would disagree with that. The tolerance for the arms pick-up points is +/- 1/64" (0.4 mm). Also, when doing wheel alignments, you can 'see' this as small adjustments have a noticeable impact.
