Hi all,

I'm trying to source new brake pads for the first time on my old rallycar that is fitted with AP Racing brake calipers.  I know nothing about them, other than some info on a spreadsheet with some various pad characteristics and a couple part numbers that I no longer recall where I got it from.

If those numbers are correct, my old pad looks more like the CP2340D43 with the curved bottom vs the CP2340D51 with a flat bottom - but the old pad has a very thick groove at the top lip where it clearly wasn't contacting the rotor making me question if it was the proper pad to begin with.

Also, what compound would you recommend for autotest type gravel events?  APF403 maybe?

Thanks!

Pat
