Hello from New Zealand! New to the mini scene with an '81 Leyland 1000. 

 

First job to is to replace the front suspension with new rubber cones, trumpets and knuckles since it seems to be drooping onto its front right tyre.

I would say Jack it up and make sure the cone is the issue.. corrosion or something broken is more likely.. the rubber can not rust.....
