A+ Engine And Any Rod Change Gearbox?

Best Answer nicklouse , 15 August 2025 - 06:17 PM

You can fit any gearbox to any engine. Some very early ones will have issues with a 1275 as the rods can catch the casing.

the issue you have to use if the correct transfer case to match the gearbox due to remote and early Rod using a smaller bearing than the later Rod gearboxes.

No such thing as A+ gearboxes.

I'm sure it makes no difference but can i fit a non-A+ 22G1832 rod change gearbox to an A+ engine?
