I am going to buy a Stoplock/ Stoplock pro.
The application guide infers both will fit, but recommend the Stoplock.
Its going on a standard 1990 steering wheel.
What are your recommendations?
TIA

Many years ago I used to use an old fashioned 'Krooklock' to secure my Mini when parked as a visible deterrent, along with some other 'hidden' security switches, etc.
Once when returning from London on the train, I could see from the train window, the drivers door of my Mini wide open in the station car park with a thief trying to remove the Krooklock. By the time I ran down to the car he had made off or hidden and had clearly been trying to bend my expensive Moto-lita steering wheel to release it. However a Moto-lita alloy spoke is quite strong plus I used to put the Krooklock through the hole nearest the boss and both had withstood the attack with a few scratches. A more professional thief might have been more successful but it did at least act as a delaying deterrent that time....

If you are in the UK you could drop into Halfords who sell both Stoplocks and ask to try fitting each before buying the one that fits your steering wheel best.
The Stoplock Pro if it fits ok is a heavier more solid construction for a small extra cost.
Halfords website says: "If you aren’t sure which car security product to go for or need some help fitting your new steering wheels lock for the first time, just pop into your local Halfords store. One of our car security experts will happily help you to choose and install your new steering wheel lock."
