I've been with them for 5 years now, they've been fair at renewal time. I can't really judge them anymore than that as I haven't had a claim yet.

Why can't you go into it too much? Difficult to understand the problem if there's no explanation of what it is?

Agree with Matthew’s Dads. Also if it’s that much of a rip off, why don’t you complain? If the money has been unjustifiably taken, talk to your credit card company for a charge back.
I’ve been with Adrian Flux for 20 odd years, never had an issue.

Would say there is an insurance obudsman.

This may be best place to speak to prior to venting on TMF...

Ive been with Flux for years with my Mini and also my daily VW Caddy. Never had any issues with them and when I've called them they have always been very helpful to deal with.

Never had any problems with Adrian Flux, when I did make a claim for damage to my mini when parked they allowed me to use my Garage of choice (Ben) for the repair.

Oh apart from a breakdown once that they recovered my mini pickup straight back home, no fuss no drama they just did as they were asked, their breakdown man did not even ask what the issue was, and I dont recall the premium going up the following year...but this was all pre COVID, pre cost of living crisis, and sadly times have changed.

When I came to renewal and I changed from them they did say they would have recused the cost straight off. To which I said well you should have taken it off before as that is what lost it for you. I also did find the cost for making changes a bit high. But that’s called reading the contract fully.
